Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer the following options:

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Option 1 – Keep the Product (Partial Refund):

  • Keep the product and receive a 30% partial refund
  • No return is required

Option 2 – Return the Product (Full Refund):

  • To receive a full refund, the item must be returned to us
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • In original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange:

  • Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery
  • Pack and ship the item back via USPS, using original packaging if possible
  • Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

Bulk Orders: Exchanges for bulk orders are available only for damaged items. Only the damaged quantity will be replaced, not the entire order.
